- Assist the Outlet Manager in the day to day running of the event services department within the overall policies and controls established by the Hotel.
- Ensure that the brand values and standards are delivered and profitability achieved.
- Assist to oversee all of the issues pertaining to the guests' dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, customer service.
- Assist the Outlet Manager in training the Captains/Junior Captains.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years in Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Candidates who have hospitality experience have an added advantage.
- Able to lead the team.
- Comfortable with split shift arrangement (Chinese Cuisine Restaurant).
- Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
- Food Hygiene certificate.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
