- Experience supporting Financial Institutions/ Banks highly preferred
Description
- Management of Facility Infrastructure and Physical Security of various office sites and BCP sites, including a Data centre
- Handle general maintenance of building and facility infrastructure, ensure smooth running and manage third party service providers
- Handle operational controls, physical access control systems, CCTV, alarms.
- Work closely with IT, various department Heads to manage
- Handle renovation and relocation projects in Asia
- Manpower resource allocation
- Ensure processes and services are in line with the prevailing policies and procedures including regulatory requirements, especially physical security processes
- Oversee regional offices projects
Requirements
- Tertiary education in Facility/ Building Management related studies
- At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Facility/ Infrastructure Management, preferably for Financial Institutions or Banks.
- Project/ Stakeholder Management in a highly driven and fast-paced environment
