Description
HR management for expatriates in Asia
- Support all expatriates across the region in accordance with global policy and direction.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve HR operational efficiency and best practices on regional basis
- Ensure labour related compliance across the region.
- Liaise with all country HR Head in the region to drive HR initiatives to improve employees engagement
Reviewing of HR related regulations, policies and budget in collaborating with the business units and region.
- Work with Management and business units on optimizing organizational development.
- Liaise with all HR teams in the region to drive HR initiatives to improve employees engagement.
- Manage quarterly budget across the region to optimize and control staff cost
Coordination with Japan Headquarters
- Continue to build rapport and maintain a good relationship with the Japan headquarters for better support and collaboration.
- Reporting HR matters and provide analysis to the headquarter in Japan in a timely manner.
- Assist to cascade Japan headquarters’ initiatives and direction across the region.
Project management
- Manage HR related projects aiming at improving HR systems and human capital development.
Requirement
· Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience.
· Strong regional exposure
· Relevant experience in the same industry.
· At least a bachelor’s degree, preferable in HR Discipline.
· Possess good knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
· Solid knowledge on Singapore labour laws.
· Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese as this role will need to liaise frequently with headquarters in Japan.
· Good project management skill.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Possess good disposition.
