We are looking for 2 Quantity Surveyors to join the Project Control Department at Site in Jurong Island.
Main duties:
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate terms and conditions and contract clauses with suppliers and subcontractors
- Quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
- Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- Price or forecast the cost of different materials required for the project
- Evaluate progress payment and VOs, cost-benefit analysis, and perform variation order
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in a timely manner
- Resolve dispute with stake holders finalization of project account
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Main requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in Construction Projects.
- Oil and Gas experience highly desirable.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- A valid driver's license.
- Great networking abilities.
- Fluent in English is a must.

Working Hours: 60 per week
