Job Description & Requirements


Responsibilities

1. Perform research on companies, stocks, select industries, etc. utilizing internal and external information sources and expertise.

2. Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches.

3. Preparing transaction documentation – business plans, term sheets, teasers, summary financials and financial forecasts.

4. Periodically prepare documents used in client presentations, coordinate printing and distribution of material.

5. Accumulate financial information on various external organizations of departmental interest by utilizing internal and external sources of information and expertise as necessary.

6. Create and maintain databases on various topics such as client lists, project lists, etc, as appropriate to departmental functions.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

8. Provide business consultancy service to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

9. Business Innovation, Globalisation & Business Growth strategies and IPO experience.

10. Consulting service to help organizations improve their performance and efficiency.


Qualifications

1. Management consultants – RMC (Registered Management Consultant/ PMC (Practising Management Consultants) / SCMC (Singapore Certified Management Consultant).

2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Financial Services industry.

3. At least 3 years' experience (minimum, for executive level), or at least 5 years' experience (minimum, for manager level) in the sales of corporate training programs and advisory services.

4. Ability to read, write and converse in Mandarin Chinese in a professional capacity is a must to service East and North Asian clients.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

6. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in an environment that promotes creativity and a culture of thinking “out-of-box”.
