Operations Admin Assistant

Apex Mechatronic Centre

Role Responsibilities

- Assist and support the Operations department in day-to-day workshop and depot activities.

- Procure vehicle parts and manage stock inventory effectively.

- Provide quotations, demonstrating excellent rapport-building skills with customers.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth cooperation with colleagues.

- Comfortable working in a heavy vehicles workshop environment.

- Deliver fast responses to customer inquiries.

- Available to work 5.5 days a week.
