Our Client is a Fortune 500 Company and is one of the largest integrated refiners, marketer of petroleum products and chemical manufacturers in the world.
Scope of Work
· Organizes and supports activities for a program, department or initiative.
· Performs administrative tasks in support of effort.
· Ensures coordination of activities across departments and or individuals.
· Provides general meeting support and schedule coordination.
· Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
· Can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work.
Requirements
· Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
· Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required.
· Proficiency with MS Office required.
· Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
