Roles & Responsibilities


Jia Jia Le Pte Ltd is newly incorporation in 27 Nvo. 2023 in F&B Industrial.

As a Company Director, you will pla a privotal role in the strategic leadership an management of the organization. You responsibilities will include oerseeing the overall operation, driving business growth, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and represening the company to stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadershio : Devolop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term gpals.

2. Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Implement and monitor operational policies and orcedures.

3. Finacial Management : Work closely with the finance tream to decelop and manage bugget.

Monitor financial performance and take strategic finacial decisions.

4. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations.

5. Stakeholder Relations : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.

Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

6. Legal and Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the company operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.

Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations affecting th industry.

7. Risk Management : Indentify and mitigage potential risk to the company's operations.

Implement risk management srategies and policies.

8. Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive team.

Foster a positive and collaboration organizational culture.


Requirements :


1. Education : Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.

2. Experience : Proven experience in senior executive role, preferably as a director or in a similar capacity.

3. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

4. Industry Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.

5. Financial Acumen : Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.

6. Ethical Standards : Commitment to high ethical standards and integrity.

7. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

8. Adaptability : to adapt to changing business conditions.

9. Legal Compliance : Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations affecting the company.
