Job Description:
- Client servicing and account management
- Handle multiple projects from entry level to mid-scale events from end-to-end
- Manage event budgets and accounting for the P&L
- Develop proposals, source and prepare quotations
- Follow up on concepts and proposals approved by clients and make them into reality
- Procure and liaise with stakeholders (not limited to suppliers and contractors) for quotations
- Pre-event planning, on-site event execution and coordination to ensure the delivery of a high quality event
- Conduct site inspections and measurements
- Apply for all relevant licenses and permits required with relevant authorities
- Ensure a smooth pre-event setup and on-site operation for all events
- Work cohesively with team members to collectively produce a successful event
- Taking and preparation of minutes during meetings and presentations, and assisting with other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must be a good communicator and is able to articulate ideas effectively
- Candidate must be a team player and possesses the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Business travel is required
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Event Management, Art/Design/Creative multimedia, Advertising Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent
- Candidate should have a good command of English Language (written & spoken)
- Required skill(s): Google Suite / MS Excel / Word / Powerpoint
- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or AutoCad would be an advantage
- Prior experience in Account Servicing in Event Management is preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience in the relevant industry is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Events Management or equivalent
