Responsibilities
- Answer calls for queries and reservations • Checking Email for Online Reservations • Manage Reservations and to call back guests for confirmation on their reservations • To sit guests at their respective tables with Food and Drinks Menu • Update Duty Manager Reservation Numbers daily (Lunch and Dinner) • To be attentive to Reservation Request and inform Station In Charge on guests’ special requests

- Pleasant with a positive and approachable attitude.
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work daily; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
