Your Responsibilities: -
- Effectively handle service administration to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Promptly and courteously respond to customer inquiries and service bookings
- Offer technical advice and suggest additional workshop services to meet customer expectations
- Conduct road tests and basic diagnosis checks with customers
- Provide accident claim advice, repair quotes, and handle necessary administration tasks
- Support corporate customers with both administrative and technical assistance
- Keep customers updated on repair progress and ensure timely job completion
- Manage bike bookings and prioritize services as needed
- Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow and meet sales targets
- Monitor unpaid bills and follow up on outstanding credit
You will need: -
- Possess a valid Class 2B driving license
- Possess NITEC or equivalent
- Preferably with 2 years experience in similar industry.
