As the Executive in our Global Mobility team, you will be working to provide exceptional support service to the Company's immigration project clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Company's client schedules, providing logistical support for meetings, travel, accommodation, appointments, and events.
- Guide clients in document preparation, ensuring accuracy for submission and engagement invoices.
- Address queries from authorities and draft proposed responses on behalf of clients.
- Liaise with relevant authorities regarding immigration and project-related matters raised by clients and business partners.
- Prioritise and address incoming queries and requests promptly in collaboration with internal and external contacts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Company's clients.
- Assist clients with various settlement services, including bank account opening, house leasing, maid hiring, and school enrolment/tours.
- Respond to calls and emails professionally and promptly to avoid service lags.
- Accompany clients to banks and government offices.
- Fulfil other job duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for handling Mandarin-speaking clients and business associates).
Education and Experience:
- Degree in business administration or a related field.
