- Support project team in terms of contract administration
- Assist in preparation of payment claims, variation claims, subcontractors' payment certifications, final account settlement
- Review of contract documents and preparation of Letter of awards to subcontractors
- Diploma / Degree In Building / Quantity Surveying
- Preferable with 5 years relevant experience in Façade / Building Industry.
- Good knowledge of standard forms of building contract used in Singapore will be advantage
- Possess good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work independently
