We are hiring a Digital Program Manager to join the Digital team for our HVAC APAC South Asia Pacific DT organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing DT portfolio and budget in alignment with local/global finance team, as well as design and maintain operating model for HVAC APAC DT team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Digital Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
- Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Track project costs to meet the budget.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of projects and programs.
- Define project and program goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop project and program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project and program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure project and program teams are communicating effectively and collaborating to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project and program progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project and program budgets to ensure they are delivered within budget.
- Ensure that project and program outcomes align with the organization's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and team members.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects or complex programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
- Experience managing budgets and financial forecasts.
