· 15+ years of experience in digital media marketing, preferably acquired in media agencies or adtech industry
· Demonstrated experience in programmatic and performance media including Search, social media, etc.
· This role requires the candidate to be a trusted advisor to the agency, have a clear understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and firm grip of the digital media and industry needs.
· Create, develop and grow day-to-day relationships with our agency/clients and key decision makers (Agencies, direct clients or Trading Desks) throughout campaign lifecycle
· Proven account management skills with the ability to lead demanding clients
· Strategic approach with result driven personality; self-motivated, team oriented, strong attention to details
· Understand and optimise towards clients’ objectives and KPIs by using internal and external dashboards to get campaign insights and actionable data
· Educate and consult our clients on SQREEM product suite and wider programmatic industry (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, and 3rd party ad-serving systems)
· Comfortable working in a fast paced and high-pressure setting
· Enjoys working in a start-up tech organisation and an agile environment
· Comfortable working with remote resources
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; numerical ability
· Strong interest in digital trends and new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI)
