Smart Relocator Pte Ltd is looking for passionate individuals with general manager background in corporate sales, business development and account management to join our organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy for corporate clients, encompassing corporate moving, shipping, and storage solutions.
- Drive new business development and build strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of new corporate sales professionals and account executive.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets and contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships to expand the company's reach and market share.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring excellent customer service and retention.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for market expansion in regional clients.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and implement them within the team.
- Represent the company at HR, corporate, industry events and networking functions
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in corporate sales and business development, preferably within the international moving, shipping, and storage industry.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the corporate moving, relocation and logistics market in Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Data-driven approach with a strong analytical mind.
- Fluency in English, Mandrian and Malay and any other relevant languages.
