Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via online job boards, social media, and events.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Develop recruitment strategies, projects and initiatives.
- Provide seamless onboarding for new recruits.
- Organize recruitment events and seminars
- Conduct selection interviews and promote career opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
