- Replying emails and responding to enquiry
- Handle complaints and assist in answering doubts
- Answer phone calls using telephone standards, handle enquiries, record and convey messages.
- Assist the supervisor in day-to-day operations and management.
- Any other general duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
- Min Nitec in any discipline
- Call center experience (Any industry) or frontline customer service experience will be an added advantage.
