Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a QHSE Improvement Executive team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.
Responsibility
- Maintain and update the integrated Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) Management System and its accompanying documentation.
- Oversee document control for the QEHS Management System, including processing, coordinating reviews and approvals, distributing, and archiving.
- Plan and coordinate internal audits, prepare reports, and manage related activities.
- Provide assistance during external certification body audits and customer audits.
- Manage the corrective action system to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Conduct audits and evaluations of supplier performance.
- Assist in managing and responding to customer and staff feedback.
- Support continuous improvement programs, including reporting and related activities.
- Monitor performance trends to identify areas for improvement and support QEHS management reviews.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing the organization's integrated QEHS Management System to meet ISO requirements.
- Support initiatives for continuous improvement and cost savings.
- Any ad-hoc duty as given.
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Engineering
- Min 3 years in relevant experiences
- Experience in ISO 9001:2015 requirements, internal audits and process improvement.
- Experience in Documentation Control
