- Oversee daily operations of the hair salon, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase salon revenue and profitability.
- Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including hairstylists, receptionists, and assistants.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism are maintained throughout the salon.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics, such as sales figures, appointment bookings, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Implement and enforce salon policies and procedures, including safety regulations and sanitation standards.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive.
- Collaborate with salon owner or upper management on strategic planning and goal setting.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years in relevant experience.
- To be able to manage pressure of multi customers service requests and time management.
- Able to work irregular timing.
- To be able to read Customer needs and hair style.
