- Propose and prepare technical requirements for each new IT related project;
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand their requirements;
- Prepare technical requirements;
- Prepare User Acceptance Test documentations;
- Enhance the successful implementation of the projects;
- Improve and enhance existing website and internal or related working platforms;
- Fix bugs highlighted by users;
- Propose and execute enhancements;
- Manage and work with IT team to ensure the delivery and implementation of IT projects and systems.
