Role
- Define a cohesive user-centric product vision and experience, along with product goals & metrics
- Outline the strategy/roadmap to achieve these goals, and lead its execution to completion by driving alignment across teams
- Identify & prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and ensure that they are completed
- Maintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating/communicating risks as early as possible
- Develop a strong technical understanding of the stack, to proactively identify new opportunities for product application and creative ways to solve/mitigate technical challenges
- Utilize data analysis, A/B testing, qualitative research, and customer feedback to inform and guide decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or related role
- Experience working in a software development environment.
- Track record of leading the launch of new products or features to users.
- Experience with autonomous vehicles or car-pooling company or electric vehicle and/or machine learning.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools/languages such as SQL
- Experience in the web3 field, focusing on Defi, GameFi, infrastructure, and other tracks
