Join a dynamic team at the Global IT HUB in Singapore, spearheading the development and support of Private Banking solutions for Wealth Management sites. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the CLC stream (Client LifeCycle) of our global IT transformation program, ensuring seamless coordination and effective project management.
Role:
- Coordinate with the Transformation Program team and Division Manager, including detailed yearly capacity planning.
- Define, narrow, and freeze stream scope and out-of-scope elements.
- Design and monitor the Roadmap in coordination with the Division capacity plan, achieving the Transformation Program target milestones.
- Draft and maintain the Stream ID Card, identifying dependencies and risks.
- Participate in weekly OPCO and other instances as required.
- Organize and manage the monthly Steering committee, monitoring the stream budget.
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the Transformation Program management.
- Monitor stream progress and delivery quality, ensuring adequacy to planning.
- Prepare for validation instances in line with the IT governance.
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 10 years of service delivery manager experience in the banking industry, preferably in wealth management.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects.
- Experience in managing delivery teams and senior management stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of integration/migration projects and banking processes, especially Front Office tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Proactive attitude, focused communication to senior management and stakeholders, and ability to anticipate risks.
