ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION
As Partner Learning Engagement Program Manager you will be dedicated and focused on providing top-quality support for partner learning programs and will manage various training programs and workflow to support the partners ecosystem. Develop detailed tracking of programs including scope, resourcing, task management, timelines, ROI and overall results. Experience working with multiple third-party vendors and internal business stakeholders. Work with cross-functional teams on multiple projects including in-person training, e-learning, learning paths and training campaigns. Report figures internally, analyzing data and translating this into creative and effective presentations. This role will require you working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders across the globe.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the partner learning services operations, engagements and support globally responsible for driving training execution, planning and delivery.
- Identify and manage third party vendors, trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to build a learning community to drive global training and certification at scale.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and support training and certification programs to provide training at scale to Google partners and to increase learner pipeline.
- Own the certification management process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and manage consumption aligned to training and certification metrics.
- Design and implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility and build and manage training dashboards, track and report the progress and performance of the partner training programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience developing and or driving training and certification programs and in learning program management.
- Experience working in Global System Integrators performing learning roles for technical audiences.
- Experience with Google Cloud learning tools and platforms including Qwiklabs, Intellum and Qualtrics.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience and proven results building and running training and certification programs based on an understanding of the partner capability and capacity needs that map to Google Cloud business objectives.
- Proven track record of improving customer experience through analytics and data-driven insights.
- Understanding the Partner ecosystem of Cloud providers and proven level of understanding of Google Cloud products and solutions.
- Ability to have high tolerance for ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
