Job Responsibilities
· To handle a call list managing 750 vehicles in the account (Monthly).
· Schedule timely vehicle maintenance and updating in the call list.
· Make service appointment in the management system.
· Assigned weekly duties to make N-1 day driver confirmation’s turn up.
· Handle driver enquiries and rendered assistance over the call.
· Liaise with driver to have the vehicle upholstery replaced at vendor’s premises.
· Keep track of vehicle/s which are due for statutory inspection.
· To update fleet customer on vehicle inspection pass/fail rate.
· Other admin duties as and when required by his superior.
Job Requirements
· Preferable 3-5 years of working experience in automotive industry or related industries/ in the call centre support command operations. Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office Tools (e.g Excel, Word).
· Team Player; Meticulous to the details; attentive to driver’s request.
· Ability to understand simple mandarin to handle Chinese speaking driver partner would be an added advantage.
· Comfortable with working 5.25 days’ work week, Alternate Saturday.
