- Support Sales Team.
- Process orders via email, phone or as per instructed by Sales Executives/Manager.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Communicate with walk in customers.
- Assist Sales Executives/Manager.
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/Manager.
