Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments within the Supply Chain on daily operational matters.
- Review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and material demand for effective material planning to support production schedules.
- Manage production scheduling and backlog to optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, review Purchase Order (PO) backlog, and generate daily receiving lists for the warehouse.
- Plan, control, and initiate material movement via Stock Transport Orders (STO) with third-party logistics (3PL).
- Ensure timely material delivery to support plant operations and meet customer shipment demands.
- Analyze and closely monitor excess and obsolete inventory.
- Manage forecast accuracy and review safety stock requirements.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with subcontractors on delivery arrangements to meet customer requests.
- Ensure planning activities and procedures align with the company's ISO 14001/9001 standards.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- SAP Planning experience is advantageous.
- Previous experience in production and material planning.
- Resourceful, team-oriented, self-motivated, and positive personality.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
