Job Descriptions
- Prepare and run daily operations of the bar by ensuring stocks, hygiene and quality consistently
- Come up with standard and fool-proof SOP for drinks and bar food preparations and serving
- Work with Outlet Managers and the Service Team to ensure sales target achievement and customers' satisfaction
Job Requirements
- 1 year experience as a Bartender
- Energetic, dynamic, cheerful and engaging with good social skills
- Independent and creative in term of creating and improving the bar products
- Has impressive knowledge on classic and creative cocktails, Sake and wine
Working hours
- 44 hours + 8 hours Fixed OT per week
