Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualise ideas and execute creative layout and marketing collaterals such as display banners, EDMS, digital activity booklets, programme brochures, posters and advertisements, social media graphics
- Manage and maintain content development on social media platforms (e.g. website, facebook, Instagram, tiktok, xiaohongshu etc).
- Support marketing campaigns, events, company branding and new business initiatives.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs to understand the requirements and business goals of various stakeholders.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects efficiently under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification & Skills
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication or equivalent design-related field.
- 1-3 years’ experience working as graphic designer or similar role.
- ·Good working knowledge of print processes and finished artwork.
- Experience in delivering digital asset, online campaigns and organic social media including promoted content.
- Proven track record in leading a creative team executing marketing/advertising campaigns from developing creative vision to production within deadlines
- Resourceful, proactive and demonstrates great problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with creating animated gifs using After Effects or Photoshop
- Good aesthetic sense in typography, colours and layout composition with a creative mindset
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
