Sales Co Ordinator/ Customer Services Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Issuing job orders to vendors and overseeing the production schedule to ensure the timely delivery of orders.
  • Coordinating shipping arrangements and preparing necessary documents for shipments, such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and job orders, to facilitate smooth delivery.
  • Monitoring customer payments and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Conducting bi-annual stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Undertaking any additional work scope or responsibilities assigned by management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field, accompanied by a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics operations.
  • Proficient knowledge of incoterms, contract administration, and international trade administration, including import/export documentation and letters of credit.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstration of a high level of attention to detail and robust problem-solving abilities.
  • Advantageous to have knowledge in SAP.
