The applicant would be tasked on the following:
- Handling prep work in the Restaurant which include preparing bread, preparing protein and vegetables.
- Handling cashier in the Restaurant
- Handling Quality Assurance, Service Excellence and tip top cleanliness in the Restaurant
- Perform opening shift in the Restaurant
- Perform closing shift in the Restaurant
- Aid the Operations / Area Manager in meeting scheduling needs
- Ensuring audit checks are performed regularly which specifically include food safety checks
- Keep morale of the employee high
- Manage Labour Cost in the Restaurant
- Manage Food Cost in the Restaurant
- Team player
- Highly self motivated
Weekend and Weeknights commitment are required.
