Key Purpose of the Job:
To manage and drive the growth SEA distribution partners & APAC Travel Retail to achieve company objective and goal.
Key Area of Responsibility:
SEA Distributors
· Define brand and distribution strategies
· Organize sales and business review meeting 2 times a year, guide the partners on business development and buying strategy
· Work with product, marketing and e-commerce team to lead the partners to drive growth
· Partner with Customer Service team to monitor sales order, shipment schedule and billing.
· Monitor sell-in, sell-thru and inventory health
· Manage customers credit risks and responsible for AR
· Work with legal team for distributor agreement
· Explore potential partners to evaluate option with existing distributors and expand into new markets
APAC Travel Retail
· Define travel retail brand strategy
· Organize sales and business review meeting 2 times a year. Provide guidelines to partners on buying strategy
· Work with TR partners for campaign, promotion and expansion project, evaluate each opportunity to maximize profitability and ROI
· Partner with Customer Service team to monitor sales order, shipment schedule and billing.
· Monitor sell-in, sell-thru and inventory health
· Manage customers credit risks and responsible for AR
· Explore and negotiate with new partners to expand TR footprint
· Coach and develop Travel Retail executive
Required Professional Qualification:
Education: Degree holder in Business or related discipline
Experience:
· Minimum 8 years of solid experience in retail & wholesales
Others:
· Excellent command of both written and spoken English; Mandarin will be an advantage
· Strong organization, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Self-motivated, detailed minded, result-oriented, entrepreneurial. passionate & determined to improve and learn
· Good team player, strong commitment, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
