- Candidates should possess a strong track record in M&A, showcasing expertise in valuation, negotiation, funding, and investment structuring.

- Manage and support affiliated companies in Asia's asset management and private equity sectors.
- Lead M&A projects in the Asia consumer sector, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support GM/DGM in departmental operations and expanding asset management businesses across Asia.
- Source and propose strategic M&A deals leveraging conglomerate assets.
- Acquire deep knowledge across diverse business lines for post-investment value creation.
- Develop expertise in M&A transactions and business collaborations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant M&A experience for Assistants Manager and 10 years and above for senior Manager position
- Proficiency in valuation, negotiation, funding, and investment structuring.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Preferably, experience in principal investment, post-investment, private equity firms, or investment banks, as well as business development in operational companies.
