Soll is a rooftop sushi bar located high atop the Chinatown/Tiong Bahru neighbourhood. We are currently looking for a sushi chef who is both driven and passionate about the quality of his produce.
- at least 5 years experience in Japanese cuisine
- at least 2 years experience as sushi/sashimi chef level and above
- able to conceptualise new menus and food themes
- able to control and maximize inventory
- able to handle and control a small kitchen team
