Job Description
- Overseeing customer’s requirements and work closely with customers' IT vendors and maintenance support vendors
- Taking ownership of customers' technical issues reported & tracking them through resolutions timely and escalate to appropriate channels when applicable
- Plan and execute project based installations and implementations
- Provide technical support to customers’ end-users and diagnose problems through onsite or remotely troubleshooting
- Support technical needs in customers' environment through integration of new and existing technologies
- Manage and perform preventive maintenance
- Prepare project documentations for deployments
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
- Professional Certification in Microsoft Certified Solution Associate is an added advantage
- Min. 2 year experience as System Administrator or Network Administrator or similar role
- Familiar with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Able to join immediately or within short notice is an advantage
