Temporary Officer (Records Management)

Mondays to Fridays, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Degree - $17.00/hr
Diploma/A Level - $12.00/hr
Job Description:
• Supporting manager in carrying out the implementation plans for digitisation of records for all PBs in phases
• Check, prepare, list and arrange records into boxes for collection by the digitisation vendor for digitisation
• Indexing and capturing metadata of files for digitisation
• Arranging and creating references for items in files
• Preparing records to facilitate digitisation
• Checking of digitised images and listings based on procedures established, and document QC check findings
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
• Experience in admin/processing work and able to use basic excel functions (i.e. filtering, sorting)
• Meticulous with attention to details
• Degree/Diploma holders
• Able to commit for at least 3 months, subject to further extension up to 1 year.
