Job Description
- Generate purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and purchase documents.
- Validate shipment details prior to delivery.
- Coordinate, monitor, and follow up with internal departments, forwarders, and carriers regarding document issuance, incoming/outgoing shipments, and payment arrangements.
- Complete documentation for the registration of new customers/vendors.
- Arrange or coordinate office maintenance services, such as air conditioning, printer maintenance, pantry appliances, and laptop repairs.
- Source, purchase, and maintain office supplies (newly added responsibility).
- Coordinate meetings and appointments and perform clerical tasks as needed.
- Fulfill any other administrative duties as required.
Job Description:
- At least Nitec
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Working in office only!!
- Mandarin speaking
