Key Responsibilities
- Involve securing new business leads (100% hunter) through diverse channels, delivering virtual and live presentations on our solutions and capabilities, fostering consensus, and negotiating and finalizing long-term agreements with enterprise accounts.
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy and territory plan for the assigned territory and/or industry. Identify and qualify opportunities by prospecting target customers.
- Propose solutions aligned with prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals, and objectives.
- Collaborate with partners, including teaming up with resellers or incorporating partner solutions as needed.
- Expand relationships and penetration within existing clients in your portfolio.
- Conduct targeted and differentiating product demonstrations when necessary.
- Manage opportunity/pipeline data proactively and accurately in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed established quotas.
- Establish trusted partnerships with new and existing clients, collaborating with other functions to ensure client success.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery teams for a seamless handoff of new wins into subsequent phases of the Client Lifecycle (e.g., implementation, adoption, and optimization).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- About 15 to 18 years of Enterprise IT sales experience with a consistent track record of goal attainment.
- Must possess a proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions to C-level/Senior leaders.
- Prior experience in selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products will be advantageous.
- A broad network, including potential target customers and (channel implementation) partners.
- Exceptional consultative/solution selling skills with a history of consistently exceeding targets.
- Able to travel frequently in ASEAN region when required.
