Responsibilities

  • Meeting with new and existing clients, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals. Identify and develop new accounts in the healthcare industry, as well as promote medical products to potential clients, mostly medical practitioners.
  • Present company products to potential and existing customers in order to increase sales. Maintaining good business relationships to increase future sales.
  • Identifying customers' needs and recommending company products that best fulfil those needs.
  • Maintaining solid working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
  • Promptly submitting purchase orders to the relevant department.
  • Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management.
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the area sales manager.
  • Provide timely reports on sales performance to sales manager
  • Manage and generate response to queries from potential customers and follow-up on leads and referrals.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of competitors’ products.
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date customer list with contact details.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefits.
  • Implement action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Work with management to consistently build trust, credibility and consistently strong customer demand and preference for products and services including building Key Opinion Leaders in respective accounts.
  • Assisting customers enquiries and provide quotation as needed.
