Job Description:
Sales Support
• Assist in preparing sales quotations and follow up on quotation status (training will be provided).
• Assist in updating sales opportunities into sales pipeline reports using cloud software.
• Assist in order processing and delivery coordination.
• Assist the sales and service team in daily sales operations and liaise between other departments on sales order delivery.
• To liaise with supplier and customer to ensure prompt completion of each sales order.
• Provide good customer service through product knowledge, handling enquiries.
• To work as a team to meet monthly set targets and annual goals.
Admin Support
• Responsible for order processing, purchasing, invoicing.
• Liaise with suppliers/ couriers on delivery matters and installations.
• Co-ordinate with customers on delivery schedules & updating of delivery status.
• Generate weekly report (delivery tracking list) and update record of suppliers list.
• Provide general office administrative support such as filing, data entry, scanning of documents, ordering office items etc.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties from time to time, as and when necessary.
Requirements:
• Min NITEC/ O Level
• Min 1-year relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
