Salary: Basic $7000 - $9000 + AWS + Flexi-Benefits
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location: Woodlands
Responsibilities:
- Design, manufacture, and install components to meet requirements.
- Execute full lifecycle product development including design, testing, manufacturing, and implementation.
- Analyze and resolve problems or deficiencies in products.
- Conduct experiments and evaluations to enhance product designs.
- Utilize CAD technology to create plans and designs.
- Evaluate overall performance, reliability, and safety of final products.
- Estimate budgets and timeframes for projects.
- Write technical documentation for machine operators.
- Ensure products comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers.
- Coordinate with vendors on module finalization.
- Manage mechanical documentation responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics) required.
- Experience in mechanical engineering field essential.
- Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs required.
- Ability to conduct simulations and analyze test data.
- Strong aptitude for writing clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Minimum of 7 years of technical experience in Semiconductor environment preferred; other industrial experience with equipment knowledge welcome.
- Experience in troubleshooting PC-based fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial settings.
- Good understanding of equipment control and troubleshooting methods.
- Knowledge in die bonder application and process advantageous.
