Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of Purchase Orders
- Preparation of Invoices
- Follow up and monitor customer’s complaints and overdue payment
- General clerical duties, including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required
- Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors
- Support and follow-up for sales activities
- Responds to any customer inquiry
- Follow up with suppliers on price negotiation, offers and/ or existing customer orders
- Liaise with logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation
- Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
- Report meeting minutes and any issue which leads to unwelcome situations to the supervisor
- Liaise with finance team on any sales and purchase related matters
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent
- Min 3 years of related experience
- Good English communication skills
