· Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies.
· Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries, serve customer by providing product and service information as well as resolving product and service-related problems,
· Attend to customer enquiries, liaise with customers on quotations/proposals, order acceptance, order fulfilment and receivables follow-up.
· Respond to quotation requests & ensure that terms and conditions comply with company policies.
· Coordinates with Logistics personnel for delivery arrangement and maintain customer communications.
· Pro-actively monitor exceptional orders & ensure appropriate contingent actions are taken to meet delivery schedule.
· Manage inventory to ensure timely storage and stock movement.
· Order management – Order closing and invoicing.
· Other ad-hoc clerical and administration duties as and when required.
