The client is a vibrant fashion retailer on a fast growth trajectory, dedicated to providing stylish and trendy shoes to discerning customers globally. Emphasizing both online and offline sales channels and are in search of a dedicated and experienced Manager.
The role:
As the E-commerce Manager, your primary goal will be to increase online sales and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. You'll supervise all e-commerce operations, which involve developing strategies, enhancing the company website, handling projects, and analyzing data to enhance online performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
- Analyze market trends for growth opportunities.
- Oversee website maintenance and enhancements for user-friendliness.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team for digital campaigns.
- Manage online advertising, email marketing, liaise with SEO, and SEM agencies.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics for efficient order fulfillment.
- Utilize web analytics to track performance metrics.
- Address customer feedback promptly for improved satisfaction.
- Lead and support a team of e-commerce professionals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of e-commerce managerial experience.
- Demonstrated e-commerce management experience, ideally in fashion or footwear.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and web development, particularly brands.com.
- Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
