Responsibilities:
- Record accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
- Serve as a bridge/window between the company, vendors, and customers.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to the company's property rental matters, grant applications, recruitment, and HR-related issues.
- Assist in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Contribute to financial planning and reporting processes.
- Adhoc tasks and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experienced in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Entry level is welcomed
