Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  1. Record accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes.
  2. Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
  3. Serve as a bridge/window between the company, vendors, and customers.
  4. Handle various administrative tasks, including but not limited to the company's property rental matters, grant applications, recruitment, and HR-related issues.
  5. Assist in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
  6. Contribute to financial planning and reporting processes.
  7. Adhoc tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experienced in administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Entry level is welcomed
