Job Description:
- Assist in preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities.
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements.
- Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour.
- Undertaking feasibility studies, site surveys and estimations.
- Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate responses.
- Allocating, monitoring the work of subcontractors and assigning work to subcontractors.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analysing project outcomes and creating detailed financial reports.
- Maximising potential project income at all times.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sustainability, quality and other statutory requirements.
- Travelling from the office to various sites as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years above of construction experience is advantageous.
- AutoCAD proficient and CubicCost experience will be advantage.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Sound knowledge of construction.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan and strategize.
- Great networking abilities.
