Blue Yonder is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team in Asia Pacific. The BDR will play a critical role in driving sales pipeline growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic relationships within the Southeast Asia market. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for sales development to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and generate leads through targeted outbound prospecting efforts, utilizing various channels including phone, email, social media, and networking events.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry challenges within Southeast Asia to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts to uncover business needs and opportunities for Blue Yonder solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, partners and pre-sales teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM systems, and effectively track progress towards pipeline and revenue targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry developments, sales techniques, and emerging trends in sales development, and continuously seek opportunities to optimize prospecting strategies and processes.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates on key performance metrics, activities, and outcomes, and provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a similar role, preferably within the software or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and driving sales pipeline growth, with a focus on the Southeast Asia market.
- Experience with similar tools would be advantageous, particularly those that align with our intelligent tech stack, such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, 6Sense, and others
