Senior Executive, Marketing Communications

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Executive in Marketing Communications. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing a comprehensive marketing communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Management:

  • Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all channels.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all marketing communications.
  • Implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and equity.

2. Public Relations (PR):

  • Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance the company's public image.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders.
  • Draft press releases, articles, and other communication materials.

3. Website Management:

  • Oversee the design, functionality, and content of the company website.
  • Implement SEO strategies to optimize website performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website aligns with overall marketing objectives.

4. Digital Marketing:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online engagement and lead generation.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.

5. Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation.

6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Stay updated on SEO best practices and algorithm changes.

7. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across search engines.
  • Monitor and analyze SEM performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for SEM optimization.

8. Offline (Onsite) Marketing:

  • Coordinate offline events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of offline marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • >2 years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on brand management, PR, digital marketing, and website management.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
