Senior Marketing Manager

Sunrise group is one of the largest wholesalers and distributors of branded sports goods in Asia, having offices in Singapore and associates office in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong , Macau , India and other SAARC region countries. The brands represented by the group include internationally renowned badminton brand YONEX and game ball brand MIKASA. The company has made its presence felt in the online space through a very dynamic online platform SUNRISECLICK.COM and actively conducts online business through this platform in several markets . We wish to soon expand the reach of our online platform to all our markets as well as to greater number of tech savy customers and replicate the success we have achieved in brick and mortar model of the business.


Responsibilities :

The position is based at Singapore and the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and execution of the Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign in line with Brand guidelines and Go-To-Market strategy in the territories we operate. The incumbent will also be responsible for driving ecommerce


The detailed responsibilities cover :

  • Optimize digital Media strategy for all product campaigns and creatives to drive consumer connection and conversion and evaluate the key metrics and media performance
  • Develop and drive content strategy across all platforms, briefing and working with outside partners to bring concepts and big ideas to life
  • Solid communication skills and attention detail to manage all creatives, deliver compelling and clear strategies and present insights
  • Plan and roll out integrated digital marketing plan upon key campaigns with a sense of creativity and consumer led insights
  • Develop local and regional contents and social activation to deliver locally and regionally relevant messages to build consumer connection in digital & social platforms
  • Manage development and distribution of social content strategies across all owned (FB, IG, YT etc.) / earned / paid / shared channels
  • Surface and analyze metrics around brand and industry content to deliver insights around content and community performance
  • Work closely with creators, communities, and digital platforms for content and platform partnership to expand community and deepen engagement
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams (e-commerce, sports marketing, communications, customer service and business units) to ensure alignment of content with company vision and support integrated campaigns
  • Leverage social media technology tools to publish content, monitor conversations and listening topics, engage with fans and analyze performance
  • Stay up to date on emerging trends, topics, conversations and the pulse of the community
  • Manage brand issue on social media

Requirements:

  • Minimum Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant faculty
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years working in Digital Marketing / Communication / Ecommerce functions, preferably in consumer industry with successful track records experience
  • Strong Analytical skills & Good Business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written (Proficiency in English)
  • Excellent organization skills, able to prioritize, meet timeline
  • A collaborative team player – concerned with the team success as well as individual performance
  • Solution orientated
