1. ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION
a) Able to handle full set account
b) Assist in the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliation, assets register, processing payments.
c) Issuance of tax donation receipts and maintaining donors records
d) Closely monitor expenditure and manage the Charity annual budget.
e) Manage the budgeting and establish proper finance processes
f) Monitor cash flows
g) Liaise with both internal and external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
h) Ensure that accurate financial reports are produced and submitted to the relevant authorities in accordance to the specific deadlines.
i) Ensure that the monthly and quarterly income and expenditure statements and balance sheets are accurate and up to date.
j) Liaise with the legal advisor on any legal matters regarding contracts or agreements.
k) Check and process petty cash payment.
l) Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and governing authorities (including IRAS, Charities Unit, ROS etc).
m) Comply and ensure the acquired funds are being used for designated purpose.

n) Handle and process grants submission and applications.

o) Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors in relation to audit requirements and deliverables, including preparation of audited financial statements

2. HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATION
a) Compensation and benefits duties pertaining to processing payroll, medical, insurance, leave matters and company staff annual events.
b) Perform e File services for government subsidized approved leaves, CPF contributions and IR8A filing.


3. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

Perform PA, secretarial functions wherever required
• Oversee the general office administrative function.
• Ensure that all procurement procedures are transparent and in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Liaise with the legal advisor on any legal matters regarding contracts and agreements.
• Administer tracking of staff record ( i.e. annual and medical leave)
• Assist in the human resource function including recruitment, arranging interview, appointment, orientation and staff training, etc
• Assist in the submission of grant applications, proposals and claims report
• Organising meeting and assist in the preparation for meeting.
• Coordinate, attend and provide administrative support during Board Meeting.


Technical Competencies:

- At least 5 years working experience, preferably in a VWO environment and possess relevant accounting qualifications

- At least 3 years of audit experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (eg Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Core Competencies:

- Possess a high sense of commitment to work with attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organisation ability

- Excellent communication and writing skills
